Important Information:

Sessions are $200 [incl GST] and are held by KLC Co.

• Sessions are 1 hour in length and require prepayment

• Sessions are capped at x2 attendees

• All sessions are conducted via Zoom. A link will be sent to you as soon as you complete the Calendly booking, please keep an eye on your spam or promotions folders and make sure you complete this transaction with your correct personal information - especially your email address. KLC Co. will not be held liable for misplaced orders due to incorrect spelling of key information.

• Your will recieve a link to a pre-session questionnaire which must be completed at least 24 hours before the session. If your form is not received by this time, your session time will be rescheduled.

Reschedule/refund conditions:

• We reserve the right to reschedule any session and will give you as much notice as possible.

• You may only reschedule your 1:1 call once and we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Your session can be rescheduled via Calendly, a link to reschedule is included in the confirmation email that is sent after you make your initial booking.

• No-show policy: If you do not show for your call, you will forfeit your payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule missed appointments. Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time to make the most of your session.

• Late arrivals: After a 15-minute grace period, late arrivals will be considered no-shows.
